Our firewall products include a stateful packet filtering and matching system to provide protection against SYN floods and other potentially harmful Denial of Service (DOS) attacks.

• siteSecure - Basic Firewall

Our siteSecure - Basic Firewall management service is supplied free with every colocation server or dedicated server offering.

The following ports are open by default:

ICMP traffic (eg. ping, trace route) is allowed. All other incoming connections are logged and dropped.

This is a complimentary basic firewall service we offer to all of our clients. However, note that this product may not be suitable for all situations.

• siteSecure - Custom Firewall

For clients who wish to implement their own firewall policy, our siteSecure - Custom Firewall management service allows you to implement your own firewall rule sets.

Monthly Fee: $100

• siteSecure - Dedicated Firewall

Webvisions offers dedicated firewalls for clients that wish to control their own firewall. Alternatively, we can manage the firewall for you according to your instructions.
